Naked and Afraid is an exhilarating Discovery Channel reality television series that tests the limits of the human body and mind. The series follows the day-to-day lives of a man and woman who, upon first meeting each other, are dropped into the wilderness for three weeks. In accordance with the show's title, the couple spends the entirety of those three weeks naked and afraid. Each episode follows a new couple, who meet each other, unclothe themselves, and promptly take off on their journey into the wilderness. The two survivalists are given nothing but a satchel containing very limited supplies. Among them is the personal camera that they will use two document their exploits. In addition, each participant is allowed to bring one single personal item with them to help them out.
